If you spot a mistake after placing your order, reach out to us right away. We’ll do our best to correct it, as long as the order hasn’t been processed for shipping. Once a package is on its way, changes can’t be made. Orders sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for a refund.

We want every order to meet your expectations – but if something doesn’t feel right, our refund process is designed to be clear, easy, and stress-free. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return an item.

Refunds apply to products returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Once we receive the item and check its condition, we begin processing your refund promptly. Please note: shipping costs are only refunded when the return is the result of our error.

If your package arrives damaged or includes the wrong item, reach out as soon as possible. We’ll quickly send a replacement at no extra charge – or arrange a refund if that’s what you prefer.
